Job Summary

The Head – CSRI will lead and manage all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of the institution, focusing on community development, social outreach, sustainability programs, and stakeholder partnerships. The role ensures planning, execution, monitoring, and impact assessment of CSR initiatives aligned with institutional values and statutory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and programs.
• Plan and implement community development, education, health, environment, and social-impact projects.
• Coordinate CSR activities with internal departments, NGOs, government bodies, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with CSR policies, statutory norms, and institutional guidelines.
• Prepare annual CSR plans, budgets, impact assessments, and utilization reports.
• Monitor execution of CSR projects and ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports for audits and statutory reviews.
• Promote employee and student engagement in CSR activities and volunteering programs.
• Represent the institution in CSR forums, outreach programs, and social partnerships.
• Track social impact metrics and prepare reports for Management and governing bodies.
• Support accreditation and ranking requirements (NAAC, NBA, NIRF) related to outreach and social initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Social Work / Management / Public Administration / Social Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in CSR, community development, social initiatives, or NGO/Corporate outreach.
• Proven experience in planning and executing CSR or large-scale social initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CSR compliance, reporting, and impact assessment.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
