Job Description

CRM Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Implementation

Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer base, sales, and traffic.
Lead the creation of annual and seasonal CRM plans to achieve business objectives.
Build and manage customer contact strategies aligned with business goals.

Customer & Associate Relations

Resolve customer and associate queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Develop SOPs to streamline CRM processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and mentor CRM and lead management teams.
Drive performance through guidance, collaboration, and effective leadership.

Database & Process Management

Implement best practices for database management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee documentation from booking to possession/registration.

Cross-Channel Collaboration

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless CRM and sales integration.

Customer Engagement & Retention

Execute consumer marketing campaigns to boost revenue per customer and reduce churn.
Build alliances and partnerships to attract new customers and enhance loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in CRM strategy, consumer marketing, and customer retention.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Expertise in database management and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Industry experience in
real estate sector
preferred.
