Head Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to take charge of kitchen operations at our hotel. As the ideal candidate, you will have a deep passion for food, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and developing menus that cater to customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and budget constraints. You will supervise and coordinate the kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards. Monitoring inventory levels, placing ingredient orders, and managing food costs and waste will also be crucial aspects of your role. Maintaining rigorous hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen will be a top priority. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of kitchen staff. Collaboration with the Food & Beverage team for event catering, special functions, and room service will be essential. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards, falls within your scope of duties. Monitoring kitchen equipment and coordinating maintenance or repairs as necessary will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Managing food storage and implementing proper stock rotation practices (FIFO) are also key responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mount Abu, Rajasthan. The successful candidate should be willing to relocate or reliably commute to the work location.,
