Job Description

We are seeking a courteous, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests by delivering excellent service, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and present menus.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer questions regarding the menu, ingredients, or restaurant.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverages.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and setting up.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month

  • Mount Abu, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
