Company Description Harsukh Foods is an Indian restaurant company operating four brands: Haristo Pizzeria, Khadak Singh da Dhaba, Big Smokin’ Burgers, and The China Door. With over 35 outlets across North India, the brand operates through QSR/Takeaway and Dine-in models. Currently, the outlets are located in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, and Varanasi. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Delhi, India. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, create menus, and ensure the quality of dishes. Responsibilities include developing and training kitchen staff, managing inventory and kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and working closely with the management team to enhance service delivery. The Head Chef will also be responsible for maintaining food cost and creating a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Extensive experience in kitchen management and cooking techniques Strong leadership and team development skills Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices Proficiency in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control Creativity in developing new recipes and enhancing existing menus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments Previous experience in an Indian cuisine restaurant is a plus Formal culinary training or Hotel Management degree is preferred
