Head Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef specializing in North Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of authentic North Indian flavors, cooking techniques, and presentation styles, along with strong leadership and menu development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and execute authentic North Indian dishes to the highest standards.
• Design and innovate seasonal menus while maintaining traditional recipes.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure quality control, portion consistency, and presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards as per regulations.
• Work closely with management to meet business and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in North Indian cuisine (minimum 5 years).
• In-depth knowledge of regional spices, ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Creativity and ability to innovate while respecting tradition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
