You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation, while also bringing innovation to our menu. Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations and lead the kitchen team by being an example Prepare and execute high-quality dishes consistently in line with the restaurant's standards Innovate and improve existing recipes or develop new ones to elevate the dining experience Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations Ensure proper implementation and adherence to food standard protocols and SOPs Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff; foster a collaborative and calm work environment Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure timely procurement of kitchen supplies Ensure timely and efficient delivery of every dish to guests Monitor and uphold presentation, taste, and consistency in every meal Qualifications Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a busy restaurant Expertise in culinary techniques and kitchen management Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities Passion for food innovation and excellence in every detail Committed to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance Ability to work calmly under pressure and maintain a positive team dynamic Strong organizational and time-management skills Additional Attributes We Value Passionate about creating exceptional food experiences Eager to learn, grow, and experiment with new culinary ideas Committed to high standards and continuous improvement Works with integrity, discipline, and respect for others If you're someone who leads with passion, takes pride in quality, and brings out the best in your team, we’d love to meet you.
