Drifters Brewing Company aims to expand within Maharashtra and eventually across India and beyond with their extensive variety of brews.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head Chef role located in Nagpur at Drifters Tap Station. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, developing new recipes, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining inventory. The Head Chef will also collaborate with the brewmaster to pair food with the brewery's handcrafted beers for an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

Culinary expertise, menu development, and recipe creation skills
Experience managing kitchen staff and overseeing kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management
Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in brewing or familiarity with beer pairings is a plus
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
