Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head Chef role located in Nagpur at Drifters Tap Station. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, developing new recipes, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining inventory. The Head Chef will also collaborate with the brewmaster to pair food with the brewery's handcrafted beers for an exceptional dining experience.
