This role demands leadership, a proven track record in B2B sales in the solar energy industry, and expertise in managing high-value client relationships. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Strategic Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B clients (corporates, industries, institutions) for solar energy solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. ✅ Marketing & Brand Management: Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns to build brand visibility. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance market presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals. ✅ Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals. Set clear KPIs and drive a high-performance culture. ✅ Contract Negotiations & Client Relationship Management: Structure and negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Drive after-sales support and client engagement initiatives. ✅ Market Insights & Product Development: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions for clients. Work with technical teams to launch innovative products and services aligned with client needs. 🎯 Must-Have Requirements: ✅ B2B Sales Experience in Solar Energy: Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the solar energy sector . (Applications without solar experience will be not suitable) ✅ Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. ✅ Local Market Knowledge: Candidates must be local to West Bengal and have strong knowledge of the West Bengal and East India markets . ✅ Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution. ✅ Additional Requirements: Proven success in acquiring and managing large B2B clients. Expertise in contract negotiations and revenue growth strategies. Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
