• Implement and Monitor of effectiveness of Farmers meetings & camps,To be ensure Farmer Engagement
• Address and analysis the issues related to Quality and Quantity, Animal Breeding issue
• Training Planning to the farmers on clean milk production, To make farmers aware of various aspects of banking, insurance and keep them informed about tools and technology for improving farm production Pan India Level .
• New Policies Implementations of Implementation of AI activities- Breeding programs, Infertility Camps etc ..
• Responsible for implementing call center concepts in all entities, Competitor analysis and understanding industry dynamics
• Training and Implementation of Family Farms.
• Promotes cattle feeds , Mineral Mixtures fodder Cultivation and other services
• Process Flow of the Management requirement to the ground level
