- To Promote and establish Family farms.
- To Promote Farmers welfare activities.
- To retain and strengthen the farmer base in the area assigned.
- To Strengthen the Cattle feed, Mineral Mixtures Sales and recovery.
SECTION I : DO - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
Role Responsibilities
- Pan India visits to the Milk Collection Centers, Implementation of promotion of Cattle feeds , Mineral Mixtures fodder Cultivation and other agro services and Monitor team Performance
- Planning and Budgeting Agro services requirements Lactalis India wide, Plan to assign Targets and monitor team performance based on the geographical area wise
- Implement and Monitor of effectiveness of Farmers meetings & camps,To be ensure Farmer Engagement
- Address and analysis the issues related to Quality and Quantity, Animal Breeding issue
- Training Planning to the farmers on clean milk production, To make farmers aware of various aspects of banking, insurance and keep them informed about tools and technology for improving farm production Pan India Level .
- New Policies Implementations of Implementation of AI activities- Breeding programs, Infertility Camps etc ..
- Responsible for implementing call center concepts in all entities, Competitor analysis and understanding industry dynamics
- Training and Implementation of Family Farms.
- Promotes cattle feeds , Mineral Mixtures fodder Cultivation and other services
- Process Flow of the Management requirement to the ground level

- FINANCIAL - No.of AI, Cattle feed Sales, Mineral Mixture Sales, No of Health camps, No.of CMP training programs, No of Farms established, No of Animals Treated

- PROCESS - New Policies and procedure implementation of Agro services ,Addition of New Farmers, Farmers retention ,Milk Quality Improvement, Traceability of Antibiotics in milk
- LEARNING & GROWTH - Best Cattle feed combinations for the animals ,New Techniques Animal Husbandry

The minimum qualification, technical skills and capabilities which are essential to execute the role.Education Qualification BVSC/MVSC (Veterinary Science), MSC/B.Tech/M.Tech AgricultureFunctional Skills/Knowledge
- Sound Knowledge in Animal husbandry, Fodder development, Farmer and animal welfare schemes.
- Good communication skills.
- Good liaison with Government officials and Institutions.
- Good Network in Milk Collection sector in Pan India level
