Head of Admissions & Sales

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver
admissions and revenue targets
(yearly & quarterly).
Manage and mentor teams across
counseling, tele-sales, lead desk
, and
program office
.
Oversee the
student enquiry-to-admission funnel
to ensure healthy conversions.
Drive
lead generation
, follow-up discipline, and
CRM data hygiene
Plan and execute
conversion campaigns
in collaboration with marketing & outreach teams.
Conduct
counselor training
on product knowledge, objection handling, and compliance.
Govern
documentation, refund policies
, and
SOP adherence
.
Review
weekly MIS reports
, dashboards, and performance KPIs with leadership.
Coordinate with the
academic, finance, IT, and marketing teams
to smooth admissions operations.
Handle
student and parent escalations
with professionalism and empathy.
Lead
process improvement initiatives
and ensure
audit readiness
.
