About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team for a significant client engagement. In this role, you will be the functional expert responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. You will work directly with clients to transform their Human Capital Management processes, ensuring the successful delivery of a scalable and efficient HR system from hire to retire.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, managing all phases from discovery and requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct client workshops to analyze business needs, map processes, and configure the HCM Cloud system to meet functional requirements.
• Provide deep domain expertise in the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• Configure and implement

  module along with at least one other key module:

  Payroll

  , or

  Time & Labor

• Serve as the primary functional liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues, providing expert guidance and solution recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive functional design documents and support the testing lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.

Essential Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves)

• 8-10 years

  of progressive functional experience in Oracle HCM, with expert knowledge of the hire-to-retire process cycle.
• A proven track record of participating in a

  minimum of 5 end-to-end HCM implementations

  , with

  at least 2 full-cycle projects on Oracle HCM Cloud

  .
• Hands-on, expert-level configuration experience with the

  Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR

  module.
• Demonstrable implementation experience with at least one of the following modules:

  Benefits, Payroll, or Time & Labor

  .
• In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes, data models, and data flow.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, leading requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, and managing configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Must be open to domestic and international travel as required by project needs.
