As a Hardware Technician at Nivano Digital Technologies, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computers, laptops, and CCTV surveillance systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in desktops and laptops. - Replacing faulty components such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, and laptop screens. - Installing and configuring operating systems, drivers, and essential software. - Performing system upgrades and data recovery when needed. - Ensuring proper maintenance and servicing of computer peripherals like printers, keyboards, and mice. - Installing and configuring CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. - Troubleshooting and repairing CCTV cameras, cabling, and networking issues. - Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems. - Setting up remote viewing and cloud-based CCTV solutions for customers. - Assisting clients with technical support and troubleshooting over the phone or onsite. - Setting up and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks for clients. - Configuring routers, switches, and network security settings. - Identifying and resolving connectivity issues in computer and CCTV systems. - Assisting customers with technical support, both remotely and onsite. Qualifications Required: - Experienced/ Freshers are welcome to apply. - Education: +2 / Diploma /Certification in Computer Hardware & Networking, Electronics, or IT-related field. - Age: 20-25 - Gender: Male - Location: Candidates must be based in Calicut In addition to a competitive salary based on experience, you will receive training on the latest technology and CCTV products.
