Role & responsibilities 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Presales in the Video Surveillance Industry, managing timely completion of projects. He will be responsible for project installation, commissioning, and after-sales services. Should have experience in handling surveillance solutions like CCTV, Networking knowledge, VMS, & Different types of Cameras. Providing a quality installation, most methodical and efficient, including the ability to digest the detailed scope of works. Maintaining a safe work environment at all times and having a good understanding of safe working procedures. Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems' working and functionality. Responding to out-of-hours service calls. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and design tailored video surveillance solutions (CCTV, NVRs, VMS, IP cameras, etc.).Liaise with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements. Engage with customers to provide pre-sale technical consultations and site surveys when required. Preferred candidate profile 4 to 6 years of experience in a presales or technical support role in the video surveillance industry. Understanding of CCTV, IP cameras, video management systems (VMS), NVRs/DVRs, networking basics, and storage technologies. Strong communication. Ability to design end-to-end surveillance systems tailored to specific customer environments. Proficiency in CAD, Visio, or similar design tools for layout and system design is an advantage. Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, CP Plus, or similar is preferred.
