They also diagnose and repair technical issues, such as camera failures, network connectivity problems, or recording errors. System Upgrades: Assisting with the upgrading of older CCTV systems to new, advanced technologies like IP cameras and cloud-based storage solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all installation details, service calls, and repairs performed. They are also responsible for generating reports on system status and any issues encountered.
