As a Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computers and related equipment to ensure efficient and stable operation of customer systems. Your role will involve the installation, repair, and performance optimization of customer equipment. - Perform hardware inspection, repair, and component replacement for laptops, desktops, and peripherals. - Diagnose and provide solutions for hardware issues such as motherboards, power supplies, memory, and hard drives. - Perform system installations, BIOS upgrades, and performance testing. - Maintain and update equipment repair records and inventory management sheets. - Assist engineers with network equipment installation and basic maintenance. - Provide hardware usage advice and technical support to customers. - Adhere to safe operating procedures and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. - Perform field visits to customer sites as needed. Qualifications Required: - Educational Requirements: Diploma in IT-related fields or professional technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Diploma in Hardware & Networking). - Experience Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in computer repair or IT hardware support (outstanding recent graduates are also considered). - Technical Skills: Familiarity with laptop and desktop hardware architecture, ability to independently troubleshoot and replace components, understand basic network connectivity, and operating system installation. - Language Skills: Ability to communicate with customers in English or Hindi. - Other Requirements: Excellent customer service skills and teamwork skills.,
