You must possess a clear understanding of network concepts, including CCTV, sensors, routers, and DVRs. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the retail/banking electronic security system industry. Stability in your previous jobs is crucial, with a focus on problem-solving skills at the field level. Verbal and written communication in English is essential for this role. Ideally, you should hold an ITI/IIT, Diploma in Hardware/Networking, Electronics, BA, B.Com, or B.Sc. qualifications. A B.Tech or BE degree would be preferable. Your technical expertise should extend to WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, and security systems. Maintaining good coordination with customers and providing support to other field engineers are vital aspects of this position. You will report to the Area Manager - Field Operations and work towards efficiently managing junior engineers and mapping service calls.
