As a Hardware Technician at Nivano Digital Technologies, you will be utilizing your expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, and CCTV surveillance systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, conducting component-level repairs, and providing technical support to customers. In the realm of Computer & Laptop Repair, you will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in desktops and laptops. This will involve replacing faulty components like motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and laptop screens, as well as installing and configuring operating systems, drivers, and essential software. Additionally, you will be performing system upgrades, data recovery, and ensuring the proper maintenance of computer peripherals such as printers, keyboards, and mice. For CCTV Installation & Maintenance, you will install and configure CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Your duties will extend to troubleshooting and repairing CCTV cameras, cabling, and networking issues, conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and setting up remote viewing and cloud-based solutions for clients. Providing technical support and assistance to clients over the phone or on-site will also be part of your role. In the domain of Networking & Technical Support, you will set up and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks for clients, configure routers, switches, and network security settings, and address connectivity issues in computer and CCTV systems. You will be required to offer technical support to customers both remotely and on-site. To qualify for this position, you should have a background in Computer Hardware & Networking, Electronics, or an IT-related field, with either experience or as a fresher. Candidates aged between 20 to 25, male, and based in Calicut are preferred.
