Job Description

Job Title : Director – Hardware Engineering Location : Pune Compensation : Up to ₹65 LPA Must have Metering Experience Role Summary Lead end-to-end hardware product development, including power electronics design, system architecture, and deployment. Drive innovation in energy systems aligned with Husk’s mission of rural electrification. Key Responsibilities Lead hardware lifecycle from concept to deployment Design and validate SMPS and power converters (AC-DC, DC-DC) Develop control hardware for high-power battery chargers Ensure compliance with global standards (UL, IEC, IEEE) Conduct DFMEA, FMECA, and reliability analysis Manage documentation, testing, and cross-team collaboration Requirements B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics 6+ years in power electronics hardware design Proficient in Altium/OrCAD, PSpice, Embedded C/C++ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Show more Show less
