Hiring: Hardware Engineer (Contract – 1 Year)

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineer with strong hands-on experience in embedded hardware design, PCB development, and validation to support our automotive and telematics projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Circuit component selection, hardware design, PCB verification, and testing for:
• Power supply and battery charger circuits
• Processor / Microcontroller sections
• Internal and external communication interfaces
• Cellular modem sections
• Understand system requirements and prepare:
• Detailed hardware requirement breakdowns
• Test plans and validation reports
• Hardware design for Telematics and TFT Instrument Clusters, including:
• Power supply and analog circuits
• Microcontroller-based designs
• 4G LTE / 5G cellular modems
• BLE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS
• Automotive communication protocols
• Preparation of design calculation sheets
• Schematic design using Altium Designer
• Circuit simulation using LTspice
• Hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Preparation of DFMEA documentation
• PCB layout review and Gerber file verification
• Exposure to manufacturing and production engineering processes
• Hands-on experience in EMI/EMC testing, lab validation, and issue analysis
• Exposure to ASIL requirements, hardware security, and cybersecurity concepts

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of embedded software development, programming, or debugging tools
• Experience in production issue handling and fixes
