Innaide is looking for an Electronics Engineer to work on the hardware design and development of our IoT Med-tech products. You will be involved in PCB design, prototyping, testing, and preparing products for manufacturing. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the devices we ship.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Design

• Design schematics and PCB layouts using Altium
• Work on power circuits, sensors, battery systems, and compact IoT boards
• Select components and plan the electronics architecture

Hardware–Firmware Collaboration

• Proficiency in C, C++ and nRF firmware architecture.
• Map GPIOs, review interfaces, and support board bring-up
• Ensure smooth integration with Nordic nRF BLE chips

Prototyping & Testing

• Build and test early prototypes
• Debug issues using standard tools (scope, logic analyzer, etc.)
• Improve designs based on test results and real-world conditions

Manufacturing Readiness

• Prepare designs for production using basic DFM, DFT, and DFS principles
• Ensure files, documentation, and test points are ready for mass production

Documentation

• Maintain clear schematics, BOMs, and version history
• Prepare build files and instructions for vendors

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on electronics or PCB engineering
• Strong experience with Altium Designer
• Experience working on real IoT products
• Familiarity with BLE hardware (Nordic nRF is a plus)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
