Job Title: Hardware Asset Management(HAM) Location: Bengaluru Experience: 6+ yrs Employment Type: Contract to hire Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: - Immediate joiners Job Description:- 6+ years of strong experience working on ServiceNow engagements in enhancements and support projects for ITSM module Good working knowledge on ServiceNow HAM module with understanding of OOTB features and configuration knowledge Good Understanding of Integrations with ITSM Processes using Integration hub Very good verbal and written English communication skills Utilize ServiceNow best practices for configuring solutions and to review the work done by other team members Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
