Job Description

Accurately recording details of new hardware assets into the asset management system, including serial numbers, model numbers, purchase dates, warranties, and assigned users Maintaining accurate asset inventory records by updating status changes like transfers, repairs, disposals, and decommissioning.

Coordinating with departments to collect and update asset information Managing stock levels of spare parts and consumables related to hardware.

Coordinating with vendors regarding hardware repairs, maintenance contracts, and warranty claims.
