We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hardware Asset Management Analyst to join our IT Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in managing the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle and have hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate tracking, efficient management, and optimization of hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, with a focus on optimizing utilization and reducing costs.
• Use ServiceNow HAM Pro to track, manage, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to support hardware acquisition and deployment activities.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of hardware assets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor and report on hardware asset performance, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Work with IT support teams to manage asset-related incidents and service requests.
• Provide training and user support on hardware asset management policies and use of ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Stay informed about industry trends and propose enhancements to current asset management processes.
• Coordinate with field support teams to perform physical inventory checks and reconcile with the asset database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing the hardware asset lifecycle in a mid-to-large IT environment.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management Professional).
• Strong understanding of IT asset management best practices and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in conducting asset audits and performing data reconciliations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, IT, and field services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train and support staff in hardware asset procedures and tools.
