Hardware Asset Management Analyst

As a Hardware Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle with a focus on optimizing utilization and reducing costs. Your role will involve utilizing ServiceNow HAM Pro to track and maintain accurate asset records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting audits, monitoring asset performance, providing user support, and proposing enhancements to asset management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage hardware asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal - Track and maintain accurate asset records using ServiceNow HAM Pro - Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures - Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams for hardware acquisition and deployment - Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity - Monitor asset performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose process improvements - Work with IT support teams to manage asset-related incidents and service requests - Provide training and user support on hardware asset management policies and tools - Stay informed about industry trends and suggest enhancements to asset management processes - Coordinate physical inventory checks and reconcile with the asset database Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in managing hardware assets in a mid-to-large IT environment - Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HAM Pro - Strong understanding of IT asset management best practices and frameworks - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in conducting asset audits and data reconciliations - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to train and support staff in hardware asset procedures and tools If you meet the above requirements and are looking to join a dynamic IT Asset Management team in NOIDA, we encourage you to apply.
