Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for hardware asset management processes.
Define, design, and optimize
asset lifecycle processes
(procurement stockroom assignment retirement/disposal).
Support
ServiceNow HAM Pro/HAM/SAM modules
, CMDB, and Discovery.
Develop functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.
Collaborate with ITAM, ITSM, and procurement teams to align asset processes with compliance and business needs.
Conduct UAT, stakeholder workshops, and ensure smooth implementation.
Prepare reports and dashboards on asset utilization, compliance, and financial tracking.
Ensure compliance with licensing, contracts, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of experience as a
Business Analyst
in IT Asset Management (preferably Hardware)
Strong knowledge of
ServiceNow HAM Pro / HAM / SAM
.
Understanding of
CMDB, Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, AD integrations
.
Proven experience in
process documentation, UAT, stakeholder management, and reporting
.
Knowledge of
ITIL processes
(especially ITAM, ITSM).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
ServiceNow CSA or CIS-HAM certification.
Prior experience with large-scale ITAM/HAM rollouts.
