Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst for reporting and automation of segmentation, targeting, and campaign channel analytics.This role will play a critical part in supporting marketing strategy and campaign operations across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.You will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, dashboards, and process automation using tools like AWS Redshift, SQL, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop automated dashboards and reports for marketing performance across channels (Email, SMS, Push).
  • Design and maintain user segmentation logic for targeting and personalization.
  • Collaborate with campaign and CRM teams to evaluate segmentation effectiveness and channel performance.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline data pulls using SQL and Redshift.
  • Ensure accurate data delivery and monitoring through ETL pipelines and QA checks.
  • Support A/B testing frameworks and campaign performance diagnostics.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of marketing KPIs such as CTR, conversion, opt-out, and retention rates.

Skills & Tools

  • Advanced SQL (Redshift/PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Expertise in Tableau (dashboarding, storytelling, drill-down analysis).
  • Experience with customer segmentation and marketing attribution modeling.
  • Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (Redshift, S3, Lambda) is a strong plus.
  • Python or any scripting language for data automation is a bonus.
  • Understanding of martech tools and campaign platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MoEngage, CleverTap) is desirable
