Job Description

Industry & Sector:

Hiring for the Insurance Technology (InsurTech) sector supporting property & casualty (P&C) policy administration transformations and core system implementations. The role focuses on hands-on configuration, customization and integrations for enterprise policy platforms deployed across India.

Location & Work Model:

India — On-site role across client locations (candidates must be available for on-premise assignments).Standardized Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

About The Opportunity

We are sourcing experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter professionals to join large-scale P&C implementation and transformation programs. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver policy model design, configuration, integrations, testing and production support for enterprise insurance customers.Role & Responsibilities

Design and configure PolicyCenter product model, policy lines, coverages and business rules to meet functional requirements.
Develop and customise Guidewire components using Gosu and Guidewire Studio, including PCF pages and rules implementations.
Implement integrations using Guidewire Integration Framework, SOAP web services and REST APIs; design data mappings and transformation logic.
Support data migration and SQL-based data verification during cutover and system upgrades.
Participate in unit, integration and UAT cycles; collaborate with QA and business analysts to resolve defects and refine requirements.
Provide production support, troubleshooting and release activities, adhering to deployment and change-management processes.

Preferred

Experience with Guidewire upgrades and patching
Knowledge of Guidewire Configuration Tools and testing frameworks
Exposure to Oracle or other enterprise RDBMS tuning for Guidewire
