Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects within the MES and DCS domains. With a focus on manufacturing and supply chain the candidate will ensure seamless project execution in a hybrid work model. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and organizational skills to drive project success and contribute to the companys growth.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee project activities related to MES and DCS systems to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and management to ensure alignment.
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Utilize technical expertise in MES and DCS to troubleshoot and resolve project issues.
Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the development of project plans and schedules to meet deadlines.
Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Leverage domain knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MES and DCS systems with proven experience.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have experience in the manufacturing and supply chain domains is advantageous.
Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Adapt to a hybrid work model with a focus on productivity and collaboration.
