Job Description

As a Senior Project Coordinator within the MES and DCS domains, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects related to manufacturing and supply chain. Your role will involve ensuring seamless project execution in a hybrid work model by leveraging your technical expertise and organizational skills to contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee project activities related to MES and DCS systems to ensure timely completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives. - Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and identify potential risks with mitigation strategies. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and management to ensure alignment. - Manage project documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards. - Utilize technical expertise in MES and DCS to troubleshoot and resolve project issues. - Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support the development of project plans and schedules, analyzing project data for trends and opportunities. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. - Leverage domain knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain to optimize project outcomes.
