Guest Services Associate

The Fresh Factory is an upcoming clean label cafe cum retail store in Indiranagar, Bangalore. We are a focused high-quality clean label grocery store that serves as a sourcing center for the kitchen and barista for food and beverages. We are currently seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our grocery store operations in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences. Your primary duties will include greeting guests warmly and providing a personalized experience from their arrival to departure. You will assist guests with inquiries related to the menu, retail products, store layout, and brand philosophy. As a Guest Service Associate, you will handle billing, orders, and product exchanges efficiently, always maintaining accuracy. It will be your responsibility to resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally, with the aim of achieving complete guest satisfaction. You will also be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, including caf tables and retail counters. In addition, you will be expected to upsell products and experiences mindfully, always keeping customer needs and preferences in mind. Furthermore, you will play a key role in capturing feedback and relaying insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
