Job Description

As a Guest Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in the hospitality industry by being the primary point of contact for guests and ensuring their experience is pleasant and memorable. Your responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, providing information on hotel amenities, responding promptly to inquiries and requests, troubleshooting and resolving guest complaints, maintaining knowledge of local attractions, processing transactions accurately, ensuring a clean front desk area, promoting hotel services, conducting follow-up calls with guests, handling lost and found inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, and adhering to safety and security protocols at all times.
