Dacation is a serene boutique resort in Kumarhatti where guest experience is our top priority. Our services team ensures smooth and warm interactions with guests throughout their stay — from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently (e.g., room service, luggage help).
• Provide information about the resort, activities, and nearby attractions.
• Assist in setting up dining areas, events, or basic food/beverage service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to meet guest needs.
• Report guest feedback and concerns to the supervisor for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of front-of-house areas.

Skills & Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (training provided).
• Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Friendly, calm, and helpful attitude.
• Willingness to learn and multitask in a resort setting.
• Basic etiquette and grooming standards.
• Energetic and service-oriented personality.
