Guest Service Representative

As a Guest Service Representative at our holiday home in Dubai, UAE, your role will involve assisting with guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Additionally, you will play a key part in generating direct bookings and maintaining excellent customer relations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Welcome guests during check-in and manage check-out procedures. - Inspect apartments before and after guest stays. - Handle guest communication and provide assistance during their stay. - Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness. - Promote direct bookings and cultivate guest relationships for potential repeat business. - Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented. - Possession of a valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). - Previous experience in hospitality or holiday homes is advantageous. - Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.
