Guest Service Representative

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out formalities.
• Ensure smooth coordination of guest arrivals, departures, and in-house requirements.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with guests.
• Assist guests with reservations, restaurant bookings, transportation, and other concierge services.
• Address guest complaints, feedback, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and special requests for future reference.
• Ensure lobby and guest areas are presentable at all times.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to enhance guest experience.
• Handle VIP, repeat, and long-stay guests with extra attention and care.
• Maintain records, reports, and communication logs as required.
• Uphold hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in guest relations or front office roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric attitude.Professional appearance and positive demeanor.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., WinhMS/Wincloud) is an advantage.Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
