Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Gurugram. The Guest Relations Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing guest relations, providing exceptional customer service, and performing receptionist duties. The role also involves supporting sales activities and ensuring guests have a memorable experience at Tirasya Estates. Qualifications Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Receptionist Duties and Sales support Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Fresher from hospitality industry or luxury real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
