Founded by childhood friends Chirag Chhajer and Ankit Gupta, it currently operates 13 restaurants and delivery kitchens across the country. Burma Burma provides a wholesome dining experience with exceptional food and exemplary service. Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Daily tasks include managing reservations, handling guest complaints, coordinating with the service team, and providing detailed information about the menu. Additionally, the role involves executing receptionist duties, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining effective communication with guests and team members. Qualifications Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties High level of professionalism and a positive demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
