We are looking for female candidates, based out of Mumbai who have a strong background in hospitality and guest interaction. The primary responsibilities includes welcoming guests, addressing inquiries and complaints, providing information, and offering assistance to enhance customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills: GREs need to be able to communicate effectively with guests and build rapport. Excellent customer service skills: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service are crucial. Organizational and multitasking abilities: GREs often have to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Problem-solving skills: They need to be able to address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Professional demeanor: Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude is important.
