Reservations & Inquiries: You’ll handle all reservations and inquiries with precision and care, ensuring the team has all the information they need to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Team Coordination: You’ll assist in ensuring the team is always informed and prepared, with a smooth flow of information between front-of-house and kitchen.
Guest Engagement: You'll be proactive about remembering guest preferences, past visits, and special requests to ensure we deliver a personalized experience every time.
Administrative Support: Assist with reservation software, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of bookings, and maintaining proper guest records.
Safety & Sanitation: Ensure that all safety and sanitation policies are followed, helping to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Organized: You can juggle a variety of tasks at once—whether it's managing multiple phone lines, confirming reservations, or assisting with guest inquiries, you’re always on top of things.
Communication: You excel in both written and verbal communication, interacting effortlessly with guests and team members.
