Guest Relations Executive- Donmai Restaurant Location - Worli, Mumbai Company Description Azure Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. (renamed as ADYPG Hospitality now) is a part of the Ajeenkya D Y Patil Group and manages hospitality business entities, including Donmai Restaurant in Mumbai, as well as Communion Cafes in Navi Mumbai and Pune city. Our company is dedicated to providing outstanding culinary experiences and exceptional service across these locations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Worli, Mumbai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing guest experiences, handling communication and reception duties, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The candidate will be expected to create a welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. Qualifications Guest Relations and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Experience with Sales and Receptionist Duties Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus Pre-requisites for the role Experience in F&B service industry of 1 to 2 years would be an added advantage. H.S.C or equivalent level of education with a diploma or certified course in hospitality/hotel management. Good verbal and written command in English language is a must.
