Role Overview:

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience by providing assistance, guidance, and information. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling patient queries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining service excellence in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients/visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and patient registration.
  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and resolution.
  • Guide patients regarding diagnostic services, billing, and reports collection.
  • Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff for smooth patient flow.
  • Ensure compliance with service quality standards and confidentiality policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Healthcare management preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service/guest relations, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management/CRM software.
