Guest Relations Executive

​Guest Management: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival. Manage the reservation and seating process efficiently to optimize table turnover while ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest. This includes using a reservation system, handling walk-ins, and managing waitlists accurately. ​Operational Flow: Maintain a clear understanding of the dining room's status, including table availability and the pace of service. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, servers, and management to ensure a smooth and continuous flow of service, preventing any bottlenecks. ​Customer Service Excellence: Act as a first-line resource for guest inquiries, special requests, and any initial feedback. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure complete guest satisfaction. ​Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, organizing menus, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the host stand and entrance area. Prepare for service by ensuring all necessary tools and information are available for the shift. ​Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the entire restaurant team to support a positive and productive work environment. Assist other staff members as needed to ensure all guests receive timely and attentive service.
