Position Overview We're seeking a warm and professional Guest Relations Executive to be the face of Aubree, creating memorable experiences for our customers and building lasting relationships at our premium patisserie. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and custom cake orders Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Manage customer feedback and resolve concerns with empathy Build and maintain relationships with regular customers Coordinate order deliveries and follow up on special occasions Maintain product displays and ensure store presentation standards Support promotional activities and loyalty programs Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online orders Key Skills Required ✓ Customer Service Excellence – Genuine passion for creating delightful experiences ✓ Communication Skills – Articulate, friendly, and persuasive in English and local languages ✓ Product Knowledge – Quick learner with interest in cakes, desserts, and chocolates ✓ Interpersonal Skills – Warm personality with ability to connect with diverse customers ✓ Sales Orientation – Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales targets ✓ Problem-Solving – Patient and tactful in handling difficult situations ✓ Attention to Detail – Accuracy in order taking and billing ✓ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with POS systems and digital communication tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or premium retail Prior experience in bakery/café/fine dining is a plus Join us in building dreams, one dessert at a time.
