Guest Relation Manager

As the Property Manager on Duty at our company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all property operations and ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service are delivered to our guests. You will represent property management in addressing any guest-related situations and guide guests within the lobby while managing inquiries. Additionally, you will act as the Guest Relations Manager, responsible for tracking service issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead guest services teams by leveraging your interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and influence team members. - Supervise and manage employees, acknowledge their achievements, and foster open and collaborative relationships within the team. - Maintain guest services and front desk objectives by creating tailored plans, addressing complaints, and nurturing strong working relationships with all departments.
