Job Description

The Guest Relation Manager is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. This role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing guests' feedback, and ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. The GRM acts as the main liaison between guests and the hotel, ensuring personalized service and fostering long-term relationships to drive guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Personalized Service: Anticipating and catering to guest needs and preferences (often tracked in guest profiles) to deliver a tailored and memorable experience.
  • Facility Information: Informing guests about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, and leading property tours when necessary.
  • Proactive Engagement: Engaging with guests throughout their stay to check on their comfort and proactively address any potential issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
