Guest Relation Manager

As a Guest Relations Manager at the 5-Star Resort in Anjarle, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, your role is crucial in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience through impeccable service and hospitality. You will interact with guests, manage inquiries, address complaints promptly, and collaborate with various departments to maintain high service standards and promote guest loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, manage inquiries, and provide personalized services. - Address and resolve guest complaints promptly; collect and act on guest feedback to enhance service. - Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to uphold high service standards. - Assist in promoting resort activities, special events, and amenities for enhanced guest experiences. - Prepare guest satisfaction reports, track recurring issues, and implement improvement measures. - Maintain cultural sensitivity for respectful and inclusive interactions. Qualifications and Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or luxury Hotel & Resort. - Skills required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in hospitality software, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. - Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Marathi or Hindi is a plus. - Personality: Warm, approachable, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. Salary Package: 12 LPA to 18 LPA with On Duty Food and accommodation.
