Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive at the Head Office will be responsible for managing front-desk operations,

handling visitors, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience

for all guests, clients, and stakeholders visiting the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, channel partners, and vendors at the Head Office.

- Manage the reception desk, incoming calls, emails, and courier handling.

- Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and visitor access.

- Maintain visitor registers, appointment schedules, and front office records.

- Direct guests to the appropriate departments and ensure timely coordination.

- Handle basic customer and channel partner inquiries and route them to concerned teams.

- Support sales, CRM, and management teams with guest coordination.

- Ensure reception and meeting areas are neat, professional, and well-presented at all times.

- Assist in organizing corporate meetings, events, and client visits.

- Maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to company policies.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and admin teams for smooth operations.

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

- Ability to handle senior management visitors with discretion

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline with 13 years of experience in guest relations, front office, administration, or corporate

reception. Experience in real estate or hospitality will be an added advantage.

Work Details

Head Office-based role with 6 days working as per company policy and standard corporate office hours.
