Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff during shifts
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally
Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout service
Take food and beverage orders when required and ensure accurate order delivery
Monitor service quality, hygiene, and cleanliness of the restaurant area
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards
Assist in training new staff and guiding team members during service
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Check table settings, uniforms, and overall restaurant presentation
Assist in billing, cash handling, and closing procedures when required
Report operational issues or guest feedback to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,414.54 - ₹40,799.51 per month
