Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients warmly throughout their visit
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
Lead, train, and schedule the front-desk/client-care team
Execute guest delight initiatives (welcome kits, follow-ups, etc.)
Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to maintain top service standards
*Qualifications & Skills*
*Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or related field*
Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations or hospitality (healthcare/wellness preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in MS Office and client-feedback tools
Flexible with shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
